Worship Ministry Covenant
Having chosen Heritage as my spiritual home and having a call and desire to become a part of the Worship Ministry, I make the following commitment to God and the Worship Ministry Team.
- 1. I will be a committed member of Heritage Church:
- By faithful attendance
- By giving of tithes and offerings
- By praying for and submitting to the leadership of Heritage
- By displaying love and respect for my Heritage Family
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together…but exhorting one another” (Hebrews 10.25)
“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse…and prove Me now saith the Lord of Hosts” (Malachi 3:10)
“Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls” (Heb.13:17)
“See that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently” (1 Peter 1:22)
- 2. I will maintain a lifestyle of Worship:
- By living a Godly life
- By a daily devotional time
- By cultivating a servant’s heart
“Be thou an example of he believers, in work, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity”

“O God Thou art my God: early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for Thee…(Psalms 63:1)
“But by love, serve one another” (Galatians 5:13, 14)
- 3. I will be accountable to the Worship Team:
- By punctual attendance to rehearsals
- By offering my best gift
- By a willingness to submit one to another
- By prayer and encouragement
“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2)
“I will not offer to the Lord my God that which costs me nothing” (2 Samuel 24:24)
“Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another” (Romans 12:10)
“Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2)
